Connie Faro, MD

Dr. Faro graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She went onto complete her residency at University of Texas at Houston where she was elected Outstanding Intern and served as Administrative Chief Resident.

Following residency, Dr. Faro started a practice in Houston, and has been working at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas for the past 12 years. Throughout her time there, she has held various roles, including Vice President and President of Medical Staff, as well as Department Chair of Obstetrics.

Dr. Faro is originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She enjoys traveling and has been to Thailand, Italy, Guam (where she was born), Japan, and Europe. She also spent two months in Antarctica with a roommate, exploring and assisting her roommate with her studies of the local fish and penguins. She recently completed the “29029 Everesting hike” where participants have 36 hours to climb 29,029 vertical feet (equivalent to Mount Everest - hike up, gondola down, repeat… 8 times at a different mountain since Everest does not have a gondola). She is currently learning how to golf and looks forward to practicing her new skills here in the Valley with her husband, who is an avid golfer.
